Systems for deconstruction and manipulation of static forms are created with the help of a variety of cameras and different software tools.

By defining the outlines for how the material will be treated and transformed over time and by utilizing an array of mutation algorithms and random functions the material takes on new forms, finds new rhythms and creates unexpected patterns. The video material always comes from recordings that originates from cross connections, hands on experiments and a curiosity of how things work. Taking cameras apart, experimenting with the lens and imaging sensors or simply changing the amount of power coming from the battery can reveal a esthetical output that is difficult to anticipate. This non-narrative approach to video has taken the work towards a more spatial direction.

The final output is a meeting between solid sculptural elements and floating video surfaces, the fusions are seen as "presences" within a defined space. In a similar approach as to video these sculptures takes “shapes” in experiments and playing around with material, using mostly pieces of paper that is being folded and shaped until an interesting form emerges. These shapes are then scaled up and constructed mainly in wood, through a lengthy process they appear as a solid form. In the meeting between the solid forms and the video the two medias adepts perimeters from each other forming a cross connection between time and space.
